    Apex Billing provides a dedicated account manager to each property we serve. This enables us to become familiar with your residents and their needs and assists us in handling any questions that arise regarding individual customer service or your property as a whole.

  • Timely & Accurate Reporting

    In addition to serving your residents, each account manager will work closely with your property managers to ensure that they receive timely and accurate reporting with regards to monthly payments and past due accounts. In addition, your account manager will assist in monitoring monthly consumption by unit and can help identify possible leaks.

  • Availability

    When you need someone, Apex Billing is there for you. Our account managers are available during standard business hours but can also be accessed by email or voicemail 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
